Eligible Returns

Only the following conditions warrant an accepted return:

• The item is damaged when it arrives.
• The item received is not what the consumer ordered in any way.

Should either of these conditions manifest, the customer must notify us within two days of receiving the item. We will not entertain requests after this timeframe.

Procedure for Returns

To return an item, please write an email to contact@trezoriostart.com , attach your order number, and some clear pictures of the item showing what the issue is, along with a brief description of the problem. The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will check the request and send instructions on how to proceed.

Returned items must be in the original condition, unused, with all their original packaging. After approval, the customer will learn about the return address and be required to ship the item back at their own expense.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and examination of the returned item, we shall process the refund through bank transfer. Customers will require more precise bank information to complete the transaction. The refund will be reflected within 7 to 10 business days in the given bank account.

Exclusions

• Reasons such as changing one's mind or personal preferences do not allow exceptions for returns.
• Returns will not be made for used items or those showing wear.
